TTyler Hart, a graduate of St. Olaf College with degrees in English and Economics, brings a diverse background in organizational leadership, recruitment & sales, construction, and financial strategy. This expertise enables him to serve clients across various industries and states, focusing on understanding seller motivations, negotiating contracts, budgeting, and estimating renovation costs. Tyler is dedicated to securing the best deals and ensuring long-term success for his clients.

Originally from Minnesota, Tyler moved to Milwaukee after meeting Tiffani from Wauwatosa. Now married with two children, they enjoy gardening, camping, family yoga, beach outings, football, soccer, art projects, and music. Tyler is active in the community, contributing to organizations like The Salvation Army, Echelon, The Collaborative Farm, and Pirate Ship Recycling. He is also a member of the national real estate mastermind group "7Figure Flipping."
